Steel frame polyethylene composite pipe production line
This production line consists of wire feeding frame, wire mesh forming machine, high-speed extruder, cooling and shaping table, heavy-duty traction machine, band saw cutting machine, and material flipping frame, etc. The wire mesh forming machine adopts an efficient medium-frequency soldering device, which is more efficient and more stable than traditional soldering machines. The entire production line is controlled by a fully automatic PLC computer, with high automation level, safe and convenient operation, reliable unit performance, and stable and efficient production. 

Steel frame polyethylene plastic composite pipe is a composite structure pipe produced continuously on the production line. It uses an interwoven and welded steel wire mesh as the reinforcing skeleton, polyethylene and other thermoplastic plastics as the matrix, and combines the two evenly. The polyethylene raw material for producing steel frame polyethylene plastic composite pipes adopts special materials for high-density polyethylene pipes or medium-density polyethylene pipes (for gas transportation), and the steel wire uses ordinary low-carbon steel wire. It is mainly applicable for the transportation and mixed transportation of oil, gas, water and sewage in the petroleum and natural gas industry, as well as the transportation of drinking water, fire protection and corrosive media. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 80°C.
