The SRPE series steel frame pipe production line uses a continuous winding and welding formed mesh-shaped steel frame and high-density polyethylene as the base material. The steel frame plastic composite pipe materials continuously formed on the production line are mainly suitable for the transportation of oil, gas, sewage and mixed sewage in the petroleum and natural gas industries, as well as the transportation of drinking water, fire protection and corrosive media. It is commonly used in municipal engineering, chemical industry, agriculture, shipbuilding, thermal power engineering and other fields.

This production line consists of wire feeding frame, wire mesh forming machine, high-speed extruder, cooling and shaping table, heavy-duty traction machine, band saw cutting machine, and material flipping frame, etc. The wire mesh forming machine adopts an efficient medium-frequency soldering device, which is more efficient and more stable than traditional soldering machines. The entire production line is controlled by a fully automatic PLC computer, with high automation level, safe and convenient operation, reliable unit performance, and stable and efficient production.
