This is a new type of environmentally friendly product made by blending plastic with waste wood fibers in a specific ratio, along with plastic processing additives and foaming agents, to form wood-plastic composite materials. These materials are then extruded under high temperature and pressure into structural profiles, which can be used to produce pallets, packaging boxes, door and window frames, decorative flooring, outdoor products, etc.

The extruder can operate as a single unit or in a two-machine configuration for direct extrusion, or it can be used for secondary extrusion after pelletization. The barrel and screw are coated with alloy and sprayed with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy, significantly extending their service life.
