Steel Wire Mesh Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipe:
This pipe features a high-strength copper-plated steel wire helically wound to form a mesh-like reinforcing structure as the core, with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the base material. By using high-performance HDPE modified adhesive resin, the steel wire mesh is tightly bonded with the inner and outer layers of HDPE, achieving excellent composite performance. Due to the high-strength steel wire reinforcement being encapsulated in continuous thermoplastic material, this composite pipe overcomes the shortcomings of both steel pipes and plastic pipes while retaining their respective advantages.
