Equipment advantages

To meet the production requirements for PVC pipe products with varying diameters and wall thicknesses, a range of PVC-specific twin-screw extruder main units with different specifications and models are available. The specially designed screw structure ensures uniform plasticization and high production output.

PVC extrusion die heads are manufactured from high-quality alloy steel, with internal flow channels treated with chrome plating and high-polish finishing for wear resistance and corrosion resistance. When used with dedicated sizing sleeves, they enable fast production speeds and excellent surface quality of the finished products.

The PVC pipe-specific cutting machine features a rotating clamping device, accommodating different pipe diameters and eliminating the need for frequent tool changes. It is equipped with a new adjustable floating chamfering mechanism, allowing the chamfer size to be adjusted according to pipe diameter and wall thickness, achieving cutting and chamfering in one step. An optional inline flaring machine is available as an accessory.
